Log into your RIDGID account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Tools
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and the completed return form to ensure full credit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account dashboard and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and use your tracking number to monitor the status until it reaches our distribution center for inspection.
